Food is a pleasure but the wrong food can lead to prediabetes and ravage the body. What excuse are you using to not exercise?

Over 1,000 flights were canceled yesterday. Why? Part of tge reason is that, after getting a $50 billion bailout from taxpayers, the airlines laid off a lot of people who have moved onto other jobs. Oh by the way Congress has been asking the airlines how they spent that $50 billion and the silence has been deafening.

Russia appeared to be falling into default on its international debt on Monday as a grace period to make a payment expired, the latest sign of how isolated Russia has become from global financial markets as punishment for its invasion of Ukraine.

59% of voters do not like the Supreme Court’s decision on abortion. What’s worse is that the court said it’s up to the states yet in gun control they said it was Federal. Allowing concealed weapons in cities like New York will cost lives.

Electronic cigarettes made by Juul Labs can continue to be sold, for now, after a federal appeals court on Friday issued a temporary stay on a government ban. Earlier this week, the Food and Drug Administration banned Juul from selling its popular vaping device, tobacco and menthol flavored cartridges, citing insufficient data on health and safety.

Recession? Hardly if you’re trying to buy a new car. Dealers are still adding fees over MSRP and cars advertised on dealer websites either don’t exist or are sold already. The power will shift back to buyers and dealers will pay a price.
